Change Access Rights for Selected User Accounts

To use the User access rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To change access rights for a selected user account:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  3. On the Resource Setup tab, highlight the user account you want to change access rights for and click on the Change User Access .
  4. In the Change User Access dialog box, select from the drop-down lists the applicable User Type and Access Role.
  5. Click OK.
