Reset Password and Email it to the User

To use the Employee settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To reset a password and email it to the user:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Employee Settings.
  3. Highlight the user whose account password you want to reset and on the grid toolbar, click and select Reset Password and Email it to the User.
    Note: Make sure that the user has an email address and login name associated with the account.
  4. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
