To use the Employee settings submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under
Settings.
To reset a password and email it to the user:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

In the left pane of the Settings screen, click
.

Highlight the user whose account password you want to reset and on the grid toolbar, click
and select
Reset Password and Email it to the User.
Note: Make sure that the user has an email address and login name associated with the account.

In the confirmation dialog box, click
Yes.
