Edit the Briefing of Selected Quick Ticket Templates

To use the Ticket quick create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To edit the briefing of a selected quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  3. Highlight the quick ticket template with the briefing you want to edit and on the grid toolbar, click Default Briefings .
  4. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Edit the Briefing .
  5. Make the necessary edits and then click Save.
  6. Click Edit the Briefing again.
