Enable Active Status for Selected Email Import Recognition Rules
To use the Email import recognition rules submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To enable the active status for a selected email import recognition rule:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- Highlight the email import recognition rule you want to enable the active status of and then select the Active checkbox.
