Grant Access to the Data of Selected Clients

To use the New employee access to clients submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To grant access to the data of a selected client:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Clients & Resources > New Employee Access to Clients.
  3. Highlight the client whose data you want to enable access to and then select the Grant Access to the Client Data checkbox.
  4. If you want to remove access to a client's data, unselect the Grant Access to the Client Data checkbox.
