Show System Variable Changelogs

To use the System variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To show a system variable changelog:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > System Variables.
3. In the middle pane, click on the system variable category with the changelog you want to view.
4. In the right pane, highlight the variable whose changelog you want to view and click Show System Variable Changelog .
   WorkBook displays the system variable changelog at the bottom of the pane.
