Add New ConceptShare Company URLs

To use the ConceptShare sSettings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new ConceptShare company URL:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > ConceptShare Settings.
3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New .
4. In the Add Company URL dialog box, select from the drop-down list the company you want to add a URL for and click OK.
5. Add a ConceptShare URL by double-clicking on the field.
