Enable Active Status of Mileage Rates

To use the Mileage types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a mileage rate:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Mileage Types.
3. On the Standard Mileage List tab, highlight the mileage rate you want to enable the active status of and select the Active checkbox.
   Note: You must completely fill out the fields of a mileage rate before enabling its active status.
