Remove Selected Access Type Records

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To remove a selected access type record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
  3. On the grid toolbar, select from the drop-down list the databoard you want to add a new access type record to.
  4. On the Access Types tab of the Access Settings tab, highlight the access type record you want to remove.
  5. Click and select Remove.
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action, the access type record is removed at once.
