Enable Active Status of Schedules of Selected Agents
To use the Agent setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To enable the active status of a schedule for a selected agent:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- Highlight the agent with a schedule you want to enable the active status of.
- On the Scheduling tab of the subgrid, highlight the schedule you to enable the active status of and then select the Active checkbox.
