Enable Active Status of Schedules of Selected Agents

To use the Agent setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a schedule for a selected agent:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Agent Setup.
  3. Highlight the agent with a schedule you want to enable the active status of.
  4. On the Scheduling tab of the subgrid, highlight the schedule you to enable the active status of and then select the Active checkbox.
