Remove Selected External References

To use the External reference setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To remove a selected external reference:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > External Reference Setup.
3. Highlight the external reference you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove External Reference .
   Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action, the external reference is removed at once.
