Search for Ticket Service Lines
To use the Ticket service lines submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To search for a ticket service line:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, click on the Search in Grid field and then enter a keyword related to the ticket service line.
