Remove Selected Ticket Statuses

To use the Ticket statuses submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To remove a selected ticket status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Statuses.
  3. Highlight the ticket status you want to remove and on the grid toolbar, click Remove the Selected Status .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action, the ticket status is removed at once.
