Create New Default Capacity Profiles

To use the Default capacity profile submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To create a new default capacity profile:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Default Capacity Profile.
  3. On the Company Specific Profiles tab, click Create New Default Capacity Profile .
  4. In the Create Company Default Capacity Profile dialog box, select the company you want to create a default capacity profile for and then click OK.
  5. You can change the hours and time by making edits to the capacity profile of that company.
