Create New Task Progress Statuses

To use the Task progress status submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To create a new task progress status:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Task Progress Status.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Create a New Status .
  4. You can edit the following by double-clicking on the corresponding fields and providing the applicable information:
    • Name: Use this field to identify a descriptive name for the task progress status.
    • Icon Color: Use the color picker to identify a color for the task progress status.
    • Icon: Use this field to identify an icon for the task progress status.
    • Preview: Use this field to preview the identified icon color and the icon.
    • Sort Index: Copy to follow
