Enable Use of Job Templates on All other Companies

To use the Job templates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable the use of a job template on all other companies:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Job Templates.
3. Highlight the job template you want to enable the use of on all other companies and select the Allow Use on All other Companies checkbox.
