Delete Selected Client Segments

To use the Client segments submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To delete a selected client segment:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Dimensions > Client Segments.
  3. Highlight the client segment you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Selected .
  4. In the Remove Segment dialog box, select from the drop-down list the replacement value for the segment you want to delete and then click OK.
