Add New Job Request Templates

To use the Contact new job request submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new job request template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Contact > Contact New Job Request.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add a New Template .
  4. In the New Template dialog box, enter a name for the job request template you want to add and then click OK.
  5. You can edit the template by selecting it and making the necessary edits on the right pane. You can enable fields and description forms, customize the top banner, identify clients and companies who can use the template, and so on.
