Add New Location Combinations
To use the Mileage locations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To add a new location combination:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .

On the grid toolbar of the
Location Combinations tab, click
Insert Row
.
- In the Add Location dialog box, select from the drop-down lists the applicable locations, identify the correct unit of distance, and then enter the distance between the two locations you selected.
- Click OK.
- You can edit the Default km, Default miles, and Duration fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
