Add New Location Combinations

To use the Mileage locations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new location combination:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Mileage Locations.
  3. On the grid toolbar of the Location Combinations tab, click Insert Row .
  4. In the Add Location dialog box, select from the drop-down lists the applicable locations, identify the correct unit of distance, and then enter the distance between the two locations you selected.
  5. Click OK.
  6. You can edit the Default km, Default miles, and Duration fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
