Allow Use of Activities on Price Quotes, Schedules, Purchase Orders, and Invoices

To use the Price lists submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To allow the use of an activity on price quotes, schedules, purchase orders, and invoices:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Price Lists.
  3. On the Activity Access tab, highlight the activity you want to allow the use of on price quotes, schedules, purchase orders, and invoices and select the Allow on Price Quote, Schedule, Purchase Order, and Invoice checkbox.
  4. If you want to allow all activities to be used on price quotes, schedules, purchase orders, and invoices, click Select All . If you want to not allow any activity to be used on price quotes, schedules, purchase orders, and invoices, click Deselect All .
