To use the Ticket quick create submodule, you must have access to
Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under
Settings.
To delete a selected quick ticket template:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.

In the left pane of the Settings screen, click
.

Highlight the quick ticket template you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click
Delete Row
.

In the
Create New Quick Ticket Template dialog box, enter or select the applicable options for
Name,
Job, and
Ticket Type.
Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action, the quick ticket template is deleted at once.
