Add New Pipeline Lost Reasons

To use the Pipeline lost reasons submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Lost Reason .
  4. In the Enter a Value dialog box, indicate the lost reason and then click OK.
