Search for System Variable Changelog Entries

To use the System variables submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To search for a system variable changelog entry:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > System Variables.
3. In the middle pane, click on the system variable category with the changelog entry you are looking for.
4. In the right pane, highlight the variable with the changelog entry you are looking for and click Show System Variable Changelog .
   WorkBook displays the system variable changelog at the bottom of the pane.
5. On the toolbar of the bottom grid, click on the Search field and then enter a keyword related to the changelog entry.
