Add New Pipeline Competitors

To use the Pipeline competitor submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new pipeline competitor:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Competitor.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Competitor .
  4. In the Add a Competitor dialog box, select a pipeline competitor from the drop-down list and click OK.
  5. If the pipeline competitor you want to add is not in the drop-down list, you can click Create Resource to add a name.
  6. In the Add New Resource dialog box, enter a Name and a set of Initials and then click OK.
  7. After adding the name to the drop-down list, go back to Step 4.
