Add New Capacity Profiles to Multiple Resources

To use the Default capacity profile submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new capacity profile to multiple resources:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Default Capacity Profile.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Capacity Profiles to Multiple Sources .
  4. In the Add Multiple Default Capacity Profiles dialog box, identify or select the applicable options and then click OK.
  5. In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
    Note: It is recommended to not update more than one company at a time.
