Enable Schedules of Selected Notification Processes to Run

To use the Conversation & notification setup submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable a schedule of a selected notification process to run:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation & Notification Setup.
  3. Highlight the notification process with a schedule you want to run.
  4. On the Scheduling tab of the subgrid, highlight the schedule you want to run and then select the Running checkbox.
