Filter Databoard Information

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To filter databoard information:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
  3. On the grid toolbar, select from the drop-down list the databoard with information you want to view and filter.
  4. On the View tab, select a grid type databoard view.
  5. On the tab toolbar, click .
  6. In the dialog box, select the filters you want to use on the databoard information.
    Note: When selected, the filters are applied automatically.
  7. Click to close the dialog box.
