Delete Selected Pipeline Lost Reasons

To use the Pipeline lost reasons submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To delete a selected pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  3. Highlight the pipeline lost reason you want to delete and on the grid toolbar, click Delete Lost Reason .
    Note: There is no confirmation dialog box for this action, the pipeline lost reason is deleted at once.
