Copy Access Rights from Selected Access Roles

To use the User access rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To copy access rights from a selected access role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  3. On the User Access Setup tab, select from the drop-down list the access role you want to copy access rights to and click Copy Access Rights from Access Role .
  4. In the Copy Access Rights from Access Role dialog box, select from the drop-down list the access role you want to copy access rights from.
  5. To copy overrides or requests, select the Copy Overrides and Copy Requests checkboxes, as applicable.
  6. Click OK.
