Copy Access Rights from Selected Access Roles
To use the User access rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To copy access rights from a selected access role:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .

On the
User Access Setup tab, select from the drop-down list the access role you want to copy access rights to and click
Copy Access Rights from Access Role
.
- In the Copy Access Rights from Access Role dialog box, select from the drop-down list the access role you want to copy access rights from.
- To copy overrides or requests, select the Copy Overrides and Copy Requests checkboxes, as applicable.
- Click OK.
