Edit Actions for Selected Employees

To use the Calendar sync submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To edit the actions for a selected employee:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Calendar Sync.
  3. Highlight the employee you want to edit actions for.
  4. Double-click on the Action field and then select from the drop-down list the applicable action.
