Create New Task Colors

To use the Task colors submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To create a new task color:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Projects & Jobs > Task Colors.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Create New Task Color .
  4. You can edit the following by double-clicking on the corresponding fields and providing the applicable information:
    • Name: Use this field to identify a descriptive name for the task.
    • Color: Use the color picker to identify a color for the task.
    • Sort Index: Copy to follow
