Add Currencies

To use the Currency codes and rates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a currency:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Currency Codes and Rates.
  3. On the grid toolbar of the Currency Setup tab, click Add New Currency and select Add Currency.
  4. In the Add Currency dialog box, select from the drop-down list the currency you want to add and provide the default rates in the corresponding fields.
  5. Click OK.
  6. You can edit the different fields by double-clicking on them.
