Add New Attributes

To use the Attributes submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new attribute:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Attributes.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add New Row .
  4. You can edit the Attribute Name, Data Type, and Tag fields by double-clicking on the corresponding field.
