Add New Quick Ticket Templates

To use the Ticket quick create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click Add Row .
  4. In the Create New Quick Ticket Template dialog box, enter or select the applicable options for Name, Job, and Ticket Type.
  5. Click OK.
