Add New Quick Ticket Templates
To use the Ticket quick create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To add a new quick ticket template:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .

On the grid toolbar, click
Add Row
.
- In the Create New Quick Ticket Template dialog box, enter or select the applicable options for Name, Job, and Ticket Type.
- Click OK.
