Search for Resources in Selected Capacity Profiles Exceptions

To use the Exception capacity profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To search for a resource in a selected capacity profile exception:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
3. Select from the Exception drop-down list, the exception capacity profile with a resource you are looking for.
4. In the right pane, click on the Search field and then enter a keyword related to the resource.
