Enable Active Status of Selected Location Addresses

To use the Mileage locations submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a selected location address:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Mileage Locations.
3. On the Location Address Setup tab, highlight the location you want to enable the active status of and then select the Active checkbox.
