Search for Users in Selected Access Roles

To use the User access rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To search for a user in a selected access role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  3. On the User Access Setup tab, select from the drop-down list the access role with the user you are looking for.
  4. In the middle pane, click on the Search field and then enter a keyword related to the user.
