Edit Selected Access Roles

To use the User access rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To edit a selected access role:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > User Access Rights.
  3. On the User Access Setup tab, select from the drop-down list the access role you want to edit and click Edit Access Role .
  4. In the Edit Access Role dialog box, you can edit the name of the access role, automatically grant access to new pages, or identify it as api only.
  5. After making the necessary edits, click OK.
