Edit Selected Access Roles
To use the User access rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To edit a selected access role:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .

On the
User Access Setup tab, select from the drop-down list the access role you want to edit and click
Edit Access Role
.
- In the Edit Access Role dialog box, you can edit the name of the access role, automatically grant access to new pages, or identify it as api only.
- After making the necessary edits, click OK.
