Add New Rate Tables

To use the Currency codes and rates submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new rate table:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Global System Settings > Currency Codes and Rates.
  3. On the grid toolbar of the Rate Table tab, click Add New Rate Table .
  4. In the Add Currency Rate dialog box, select a currency from the drop-down list and enter a name on the provided field.
  5. Click OK.
  6. You can edit the Name field by double-clicking on it.
