Search for Quick Ticket Templates
To use the Ticket quick create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To search for a quick ticket template:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, click on the Search Grid field and then enter a keyword related to the quick ticket template.
