Search for Employees or Contacts in Selected Conversation Groups

To use the Conversation groups submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To search for an employee or contact in a selected conversation group:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Conversation Groups.
3. Highlight the conversation group with the employee or contact you are looking for.
4. On the subgrid toolbar, click on the Search field and then enter a keyword related to the employee or contact.
