Export Selected Access Roles
To use the User access rights submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To export a selected access role:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .

On the
User Access Setup tab, select from the drop-down list the access role you want to export and click
Exported Selected Access Role
.
- In the confirmation dialog box, click Yes.
- In the Information dialog box, copy the identification key of the access role you exported and click OK.
