Create New Databoard Views
To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To create a new databoard view:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, select from the drop-down list the databoard you want to create a view for.
- On the View tab, click Create New.

Alternatively, on the
View tab toolbar, click
and select
Create Databoard View.

In the
Create Databoard View dialog box, enter a view name and select from the drop-down list any of the applicable view types:
- Export: In this view you can export MS Excel Spreadsheets (XLSX) and Comma Separated Values (CSV) and Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
- Grid: Copy to follow
- Chart: Copy to follow
- DCE Chart: Copy to follow
- DCE Grid: Copy to follow
- Click OK.
