Create New Databoard Views

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To create a new databoard view:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
  3. On the grid toolbar, select from the drop-down list the databoard you want to create a view for.
  4. On the View tab, click Create New.
  5. Alternatively, on the View tab toolbar, click and select Create Databoard View.
  6. In the Create Databoard View dialog box, enter a view name and select from the drop-down list any of the applicable view types:
    • Export: In this view you can export MS Excel Spreadsheets (XLSX) and Comma Separated Values (CSV) and Portable Document Format (PDF) files.
    • Grid: Copy to follow
    • Chart: Copy to follow
    • DCE Chart: Copy to follow
    • DCE Grid: Copy to follow
  7. Click OK.
