Search for Pipeline Lost Reasons

To use the Pipeline lost reasons submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To search for a new pipeline lost reason:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Pipeline Lost Reasons.
  3. On the grid toolbar, click on the Search field and then enter a keyword related to the pipeline lost reason.
