Set Details of Selected List Attributes as Default

To use the Attributes submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable details of a selected attribute:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click CRM Setup > Attributes.
  3. Highlight the list attribute with a detail you want to set as default and on the grid toolbar, click .
  4. In the right pane, highlight the detail you want to set as default and then select the Default Value checkbox.
  5. If you want to remove the detail as default, unselect the Default Value checkbox.
