Enable Active Status of Resources in Selected Capacity Profile Exceptions

To use the Exception capacity profiles submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of a resource in a selected capacity profile exception:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Exception Capacity Profiles.
  3. Select from the Exception drop-down list, the exception capacity profile with a resource you want to enable the active status of.
  4. In the right pane, highlight the resource you want to enable the active status of and then select the Active checkbox.
