Add New Resource Access Records

To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new resource access record:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Advanced Tools > Databoards.
  3. On the grid toolbar, select from the drop-down list the databoard you want to add a new access type record to.
  4. On the User Access Overview tab of the Access Settings tab, click and select Add.
  5. In the Add Access dialog box, select from the drop-down lists the Resource Type and Name you want to add an access type record of and then click OK.
  6. Alternatively, to add an Admin type resource access record, click on the Add by Initials field, enter the initials of the employee, and then press ENTER.
