Add New Resource Access Records
To use the Databoards submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.
To add a new resource access record:

On the main toolbar, click
Settings
.
- In the left pane of the Settings screen, click .
- On the grid toolbar, select from the drop-down list the databoard you want to add a new access type record to.

On the
User Access Overview tab of the
Access Settings tab, click
and select
Add.
- In the Add Access dialog box, select from the drop-down lists the Resource Type and Name you want to add an access type record of and then click OK.
- Alternatively, to add an Admin type resource access record, click on the Add by Initials field, enter the initials of the employee, and then press ENTER.
