Disable Selected Resources

To use the Employee settings submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To disable a selected resource:

1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Employee Settings > Employee Settings.
3. Highlight the resource you want to disable and on the grid toolbar, click and select Enable / Disable Selected Resource.
4. In the Disable Employee dialog box, select from the drop-down lists the active employee who will inherit all or certain types of data and the employee expiry date.
5. Click OK.
