Upload a Briefing for Selected Quick Ticket Templates

To use the Ticket quick create submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To upload a briefing for a selected quick ticket template:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Ticket Setup > Ticket Quick Create.
  3. Highlight the quick ticket template you want to upload briefings for and on the grid toolbar, click Default Briefings .
  4. On the toolbar of the right pane, click Upload a Briefing and open the briefing file you want to upload.
    Note: Only one briefing can be uploaded per quick ticket template at a time.
