Add New Jobs to Selected Custom Code Types

To use the Custom code types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the Employee cross-company access submodule under Settings.

To add a new job to a selected custom code type:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Custom Codes > Custom Code Types.
  3. Highlight the custom code type you want to add a new job to and on the grid toolbar, click .
  4. On the Jobs tab of the right pane, click Add a New Row .
  5. In the Add New Reference dialog box, select or identify the applicable options and then click OK.
